IEEE Comsoc not friendly to FOSS System

Recently one of my friend told me that the IEEE Comsoc site provides few free tutorials on communication area. So I decided to spend this week end to go thru this site. But when I tried to go thru this site from my GNU/Linux system, I got the following error message "It relies on software only available for the Windows® platform and therefore can only be viewed on that platform".

It is very sad that, one of world famous technical community does not understand the existence of different OS env and failed to make env neutral web site. Shame.

Virus

Recently I visited a Engg College in Pudukotti for a FOSS Awerness program to College teachers. During this program, we try to boot the few machines with Ubuntu Live CDs for demo purpose. Suddenly the lab-in-charge came, stopped us from booting the systems and removed network cables from thous systems. Then only allowed us to boot the system.

I asked him, "Why!?". He said, "Linux Virus will affect our lab machines". :-)
